Swim/Bike/Run/Injury FAQ’s

I tend to get asked certain questions frequently.  I figured it might be useful to post some answers to the ones that come up the most often.

The following are links to google documents.  Let me know if you have a question.  I can try to answer it as best as possible and post my thoughts here.

    Hey folks, been hiding out for a while, now getting back into training.
    I’m looking for some help making a training routine for the Lou 52 in aug 24 while doing a couple sprint tri, in there and a few road races. Now here’s the experimental part I’m planning on running only long runs on sat,sun while filling the rest of my training with 4 days of crossfit and as much biking as my legs will take.
    The part I’m having trouble with is building up my weekly milage over 20 weeks.
    I figure a 8 day taper with a peak of 40km the week before on sat, then 16km on sun. Thanks in advance for any help. Trevor.
